I woke up today with pain all over my body. Especially my back.

Boy, do I regret over-exerting myself at the badminton game yesterday. I guess I was too excited to be playing badminton again that I failed to notice that my body didn’t share my enthusiasm.

Or maybe I was just trying too hard to prove to my colleagues that I’m not too shabby of a player.

Anyhow, I’m afraid that I’m slowly creeping into the realm of ‘Unclehood’.

Bummer. Super bummer.

And ouch too.
