All you need is a sharp knife, some paper, a color printer, steady hands and a shitload of patience.
And the results are… well… paper toys that resemble… err… cubes…

You’re some sort of an expert in photography right? I think you’re most probably a 100% SLR guy but which brand of “point & shoot” digital camera would you most likely recommend? Is Sony better than Canon or the other way round? Any recommendations?

I wouldn’t go for Sony cameras, especially their P&S range. They are more of a fashion accessory rather than a real camera.
Go for a Canon. Their IXUS/Powershot range is pretty good. Or if you have the cash to burn, the Powershot G9 would do you nicely.
