Fragility of Glass

Simon | July 17, 2007

I found my car in a dismal state this afternoon. It makes me wonder how the hell this could happen within the secure confines of my company’s parking lot.

A quick look inside my car revealed the “murder weapon”, so to speak, used for this act of carnage.

It could be that a car speeding through the gravel car park spun a piece of rock off the road and hit my car. But that’s highly improbable, with odds akin to winning the lottery. It is more likely that someone had decided it would be fun to play target practice on my car.

If this is some sort of vendetta against me, I applaud the effort, you’ve managed to piss me off. But come on man, if you have a problem with me, why don’t you just take it out on me. We can talk it over or if that doesn’t work, let our fists do the talking.

Just leave my car alone, she’s innocent.

Damn, I can imagine your frustration there. I got my own car back window smashed on my own freaking KL apartment car lot. No crime weapon was found, only shattered glass :(. Even the guard didn’t know about it until I ask em’. So much for security.
